摘 要:随着社会的发展和科技的进步,超声波检测技术和磁粉检测技术在无损检测领域得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了无损检测的技术分类以及国内外无损检测设备的应用情况,以球墨铸铁轴承座为研究对象,具体设计了球墨铸铁轴承座的超声波检测方案和磁粉检测方案,解决了工厂实际工程应用上的问题。

 Nondestructive testing of nodular cast iron bearing seat
Abstract: with the development of society and the progress of science and technology, ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing technology in the field of nondestructive testing has been widely used. Is introduced in this paper nondestructive detection technique for classification and domestic and foreign nondestructive testing equipment of the application, the ductile iron bearing seat as research object, specific design of the ductile iron bearing seat of ultrasonic detection scheme and magnetic particle testing scheme, to solve the problem of practical application of engineering factory.
