摘要:近数十年,随着交通事业的发展,国内外汽车工业突飞猛进,柴油发动机由于动力性能好,逐步成为现在车用动力的主流。作为柴油发动机的心脏 ——燃油喷射系统的主要关键件,喷油泵也在不断地升级换代。我公司的喷油泵产品经历了I号泵、A型泵、PW泵和PW2000泵,每一次产品升级意味着要求喷油泵提供更高的喷油压力,以使柴油燃烧更充分,为柴油机提供更强劲的动力,同时使尾气排放达到更高要
求——欧II排放标准。喷油压力的提高,对喷油泵内零部件的加工工艺和加工质量提出了更高要求。热处理作为提高和改善喷油泵零件机械性能的有效手段,在产品设计和零件加工过程中一直受到非常重视。零件的材料和热处理工艺是否合理,将直接关系到喷油泵的使用性能与安全可靠性能。
本文主要围绕PW2000喷油泵在产品开发初期碰到的凸轮轴热处理后达不到技术要求和热处理工艺需要改进这两个课题展开工艺探讨。通过借鉴德国博世公司PS7100喷油泵,用16MnCr5(DIN)钢替代20Cr钢作为PW2000喷油泵凸轮轴的材料。

 Abstract: in recent years, with the development of transportation, domestic and foreign automobile industry by leaps and bounds, diesel engine because of the good dynamic performance, and gradually become now car with the mainstream power. Diesel engine: heart of the fuel injection system of key pieces of the main, fuel injection pump also in constantly upgrading. Fuel injection pump products my company experienced I, the pump, a pump, PW and PW2000 pump, product upgrade every means injection pump to provide higher injection pressure, in order to make the diesel combustion more fully, for the diesel engine to provide more strong power. For -- Euro II emission standards. The improvement of injection pressure, on the fuel injection pump parts machining process and quality proposed higher requirements. Heat treatment is improved and the effective measure to improve the fuel injection pump parts, mechanical properties, in product design and manufacturing process of parts has been the subject of very seriously. Parts of the material and heat treatment process is reasonable, directly related to fuel injection pump performance and safe and reliable performance.
 
This paper mainly focuses on PW2000 injection pump in the early stages of product development to encounter the cam shaft after heat treatment is not up to the technical requirements and heat treatment process need to be improved in these two subjects process discussed. By drawing on the German Bosch Company PS7100 of fuel injection pump with 16MnCr5 steel (DIN) substitute 20Cr steel as the material of PW2000 injection pump camshaft.
