摘要:由于时代的发展,科技也在与时俱进。在工业的发展过程中越来越机械化,机械化将取代人工化成为主体。主要在电子和货物卸货的领域不断的普及,这样可以更好地节约能源和提高工作效率,也可以减少危险性。
 自动取料系统的设计可以提高工作效率 。PLC作为一个可编程逻辑控制器,专门运用在工业环境中。PLC采用可编程的储存器。
自动取料系统的设计主要运用了台达PLC,台达触摸屏,伺服驱动和电动机。
目前我国是全世界的生产加工的中心。大量的工作量需要更多的劳动力,然而劳动力成本高而且效率低。因此需要提高科技水平,PLC在工业中占重要的地位,越来越多的人注重对PLC的学习,对精通PLC控制人员的追捧。现在的中国将慢慢的把劳动力密集型转换成技术密集型。越来越多的大型新型设备不断的投入了工业中。然而这些新型设备大多数都是与PLC控制相关的,所以我国需要大量精通有关PLC的人员。

The design of an automatic reclaimer system can improve the efficiency of work.PLC is a programmable logic controller.The special application in industrial environment.PLC uses a programmable memory,An instruction with a logical operation and a timing count.All kinds of mechanical equipment are controlled by input input.
The design of automatic picking system mainly uses Delta PLC, delta touch screen, servo drive and motor.
At present, China is a large manufacturing country and the center of production and processing in the world.A large amount of work requires more labor.However, the labor cost is high and the efficiency is low.Therefore, we need to improve the level of science and technology.The pursuit of a master of PLC control.Now China will slowly transform labor intensive into technology intensive.More and more large new equipment has been put into industry.However, most of these new type of devices are associated with the PLC control?,So a large number of PLC skilled technicians are needed.Currently engaged in PLC and control related personnel are not many.The main enterprise equipment maintenance and maintenance personnel.An electrical engineer engaged in the development and programming of equipment.

课题需要完成的任务 1.根据课题,查阅资料。
2.弄清是怎样取放料的,即通过在触摸屏上设定移动距离,PLC程序内部计算移动距离对应的脉冲,当开始工作后,伺服发送等量的脉冲给电机,电机带动机构移动,移动到位后,PLC输出一个Y点,进行夹取,夹取后....仍然走对应脉冲,从而实现循环上下料。
3.根据怎样取放料的编写出程序和绘制出电路图。
4.在触摸屏上面进行调试并修改。
5.对程序进行仿真调试,得到一个完整和正确的设计。
