摘要:外贸员,可以理解为外贸业务员或者叫外销员。深层的意义上讲,还包括跟单员、单证员、报检员、报关员。
外贸业务员是负责进口、出口合同签订和履行的工作人员。在我国有相关证书的考试如单证员证书,注册国际商务师证书等等.作为一位外贸员我们应该具备一些基本素质和能力,如熟悉出口业务操作流程,英语书面能力优秀以及表达能力良好,熟知的国际交往礼仪等都是要求具备的。文章分析了一个成功的外贸业务员到底应该具备的素质。

Analysis on the Basic Qualities of Foreign Trade Clerks
 
Abstract: Foreign trader clerks can be understood as foreign trade salesman or foreign sales staff. In the deep sense, it also includes documentary, documents, inspectors and customs declarers. Foreign trade is a person who responsible for the signing and performance of import and export contracts.in our country, there are some certificate tests,such as documentation specialist certificate, registered international business division certificate, etc. As a member of foreign trade, we should have some basic quality and ability, such as familiar with the operation process of export business, outstanding ability and English written expression ability is good, known as the international communication etiquette is required. what kind of quality a successful salesman should have?

1  Introduction
Foreign trade, also known as import and export trade, refers to the exchange of goods, services and technology between a country and another country. This trade consists of two parts: import and export. For countries importing goods or services, they are importing party; for countries that ship goods or services, they are exporting party. Communication can bring people together, but cultural differences can keep them apart. So this thesis aims at leading readers to understanding deeply of the complex aspect of social and intercultural communications, and providing them with a cultural perspective in dealing with the problem of linguistic taboos in cross-cultural communication. International trade is generated by the lack of resources in some countries. For example, South Korea does not produce bananas, so it imports bananas from other countries.
With the expansion of China's reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, our country is outside. The trade has made great achievements. However, in today's economic globalization and economic integration, global competition of science and technology, trade friction and market competition intensifying, basically this is a battle for the 21st century economic high ground and control the international market, and the nature of competition in the final analysis is the talent competition. Therefore requires the talents engaged in international trade activities must be high quality and comprehensive ability of talents, their comprehensive ability includes both has strong professional skills, also have good professional skills other than ability.
2  The definition of foreign trade
2.1 The aim of foreign trade
    Foreign trade is not only the development of commodity production high country linked to each other, and through foreign trade production is also added to the low level of development of countries and regions in the field of exchange to make as a universal equivalent of money into their economic life, these countries and national labor products increasingly has the goods and the nature of the exchange value, value law gradually dominate their production. With the development of commodity circulation in various countries as a universal and worldwide commodity circulation, the function of gold and silver as the world's currency has increased. Gold and silver are used as instruments of international payment, international settlement and international credit, in addition to the monetary means. With gold and silver becoming the world's currency, there is possibility of forming a commodity world price. The formation of world prices, said the role of law of value and expand to the world market, comparing to national commodity production and exchange conditions established the foundation, to promote the development of the world production and trade. Through foreign trade, participation in international division of labor, social labor saving, not only make the full use of resources in various countries, but also can ensure the smooth progress of the social reproduction to accelerate the realization of social enlarged reproduction.
2.2 The business category of foreign trade
In doing business between two countries far away from each other, the two parties are unable to understand each other’s situation and credit information. The buyer is concerned about receiving unqualified goods or not receiving the goods at all. The seller is concerned that the product cannot be safely collected after export. There is a need for this kind of mutual need, but there is no mutual solution and mutual preparedness, and this is when trade rules are created to protect and promote normal trade practices. And many of these rules are what foreign trade personnel must learn. Foreign trade agent for education at the college level, trade class, language class, financial related major, from job seniority card member and export, customs declaration certificate, certificate of international trade documents member and related qualification certificate is more important.
