摘要:在工业化飞速发展的今天,一个国家对数控系统机床的应用已经成为衡量一个国家综合实力的标准之一。我国在从最开始通过廉价的劳动力来实现制造大国到现如今紧跟着世界制造强国的步伐,大力引进和发展数控技术。近几年来,我国在引进、改造国外先进数控技术及应用的基础上,已经生产并投入使用具有我国自主版权的数控系统和数控车床(如华中车床),就连西方封闭禁锢中国多年的多轴联动这一先进技术也自行研发成功,从而一举打破国外对数控系统技术封锁和人才垄断,为振兴名族数控产业、向着世界制造强国、增强企业现代化、数字化奠定了技术基础。随着微型计算机技术的发展、经济的发展和我国综合国力的增强,一大批具有现代化数控设备还要陆续装备到民营企业中,为民营企业能走出国门实现跨越发展提供了先进的技术保障。在有国家先进技术以及地方政府的支持下如何更好使用当前技术先进的数控车床是一个很重要的问题。为了实现数控车床的高效率对其的维护和日常保养是不容忽视。

Abstract:In the rapid development of industrialization today, a country's application of CNC machine tools has become a measure of a country's comprehensive strength of one of the standards. In recent years, our country in the introduction, the transformation foreign advanced numerical control technology and the Application Foundation, already produced and put into use has our country independent copyright the numerical control system and the numerical control lathe (like Central China lathe), even after the western closed to imprison China many years of multi-axis linkage This advanced technology also self-developed successfully, So as to break the technical blockade of the foreign log control system and talent monopoly, in order to revitalize the famous CNC industry, to the world manufacturing power, enhance the modernization of enterprises, digital laid a technical foundation. With the development of micro-computer technology, economic development and the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength, a large number of modern numerical control equipment must be equipped to the private enterprises, for private enterprises can go out of the country to achieve leapfrog development provides advanced technical support. It is a very important question how to use CNC lathe effectively under the support of national advanced technology. In order to realize the high efficiency of the NC lathe, its maintenance and daily maintenance are not negligible.
